This Privacy Policy applies to the Leto Video Uploader application (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).

  1. Purpose of the App The App is a local, personal automation script developed strictly to assist the creator in uploading their own video files to their own TikTok account via the official TikTok Content Posting API.

  2. Data Collection and Storage
    • Zero External Data Collection: The App operates entirely locally on the user’s personal computer. It DOES NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data, usage logs, or video content to any third-party servers.
    • Local Storage Only: Authentication tokens (Access Tokens) generated via TikTok’s OAuth2 process are saved locally in a plain text/JSON file on the user’s hard drive strictly to maintain login sessions. We do not have access to these files.

  3. Use of TikTok API The App uses the TikTok API solely for the purpose of initiating video uploads and transferring video files to the user’s TikTok Inbox/Drafts.

  4. Data Sharing Since the App does not collect any user data on external servers, no data is shared with or sold to any third parties.
